Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

At Robot Slashing, we provide highly specialized, custom-built remote control mowing machinery. Please review all product specifications, dimensions, and structural capabilities carefully before placing an order.
1. Change of Mind Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind purchases. 
Once an order is processed, sales are final. This non-returnable policy applies to scenarios where a customer:
  • Orders an incorrect product model, specification, or attachment.
  • Determines the product is unsuitable for their specific site application after purchase.
  • Finds the product at a lower price elsewhere or no longer requires it.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Faulty Items (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For any major failure with the product, you are fully entitled to a replacement or a refund.
  • Transit Damage & Shortages: Please inspect your machinery upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged in transit or is missing components, please contact us at adam@robotslashing.com.au within 48 hours so we can immediately lodge an insurance claim with the freight carrier and arrange your replacement parts.
  • Return Shipping Costs for Faults: If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or failure under the ACL, Robot Slashing will cover or reimburse all return freight and transport costs.
3. Return Process Instructions
To initiate a return for a faulty item or warranty inspection, please follow these steps: 
  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at adam@robotslashing.com.au or call +61 402 753 566 to notify us of the fault.
  2. Return Authorization: We will supply you with a Return Authorization form and coordinate a heavy freight carrier pick-up from your location.
  3. Condition of Goods: For the safety of transit operators, returned machinery must be clean and free of excessive dirt, fuel, or loose vegetation.
  4. Return Address: All authorized returns must be freighted directly to our facility: 26 Partridge Cres, Frankston VIC 3199.
4. Warranty Exclusions
Manufacturer warranties apply strictly to manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage does not extend to routine maintenance, normal wear-and-tear, or consumable parts (including blades, belts, filters, tyres, and tracks).
