Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
This includes where the purchaser:
- Orders the wrong product, model, specification, or attachment;
- No longer requires the product;
- Changes their mind after purchase;
- Finds the product at a lower price elsewhere; or
- Purchases a product that is not suitable for their intended use after the sale has been completed.
Please ensure the product specifications, dimensions, capabilities, and suitability for your intended application are carefully reviewed before placing an order.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect machinery and equipment immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any freight damage, missing components, or incorrect items supplied.
Claims made after this period may be limited where evidence of damage or shortage cannot be verified.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranties apply where provided with the product.
Warranty claims do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Routine maintenance items;
- Consumable parts including blades, belts, filters, spark plugs, tyres, tracks, cutting cords, bearings, oils, lubricants, and similar service items;
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, improper maintenance, accident, modification, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions;
- Damage resulting from use of non-approved parts or accessories.
Warranty assessments may require inspection by the manufacturer, importer, or authorised service agent before a claim is approved.
Return Authorisation
No machinery or parts may be returned without prior written approval from our company.
Any approved return must be:
- Clean and free of excessive dirt, grass, vegetation, fuel, oil, or contaminants;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase;
- Returned in accordance with instructions provided by us.
Commercial Use
Where machinery is purchased for commercial, agricultural, contracting, municipal, or business use, warranty coverage and remedies may differ depending on the manufacturer's warranty terms and the application of Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of income, loss of contracts, downtime, hire costs, or business interruption arising from the use of the product.
