Shipping Included

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all advertised prices include standard shipping and delivery charges within Australia.

Shipping costs are included in the sale price and will not be charged separately at checkout.

Delivery Lead Time: Our remote control mowing machines are specialist equipment shipped to order. Please allow 6–8 weeks for delivery. Contact us for current lead times before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to most locations within Australia. Delivery to remote, regional, offshore, or difficult-access locations may be subject to additional freight charges. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before dispatch for approval.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are subject to carrier availability, weather conditions, road conditions, and other factors outside our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by freight carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at the time of purchase are accurate and complete.

This includes:

  • Delivery address;
  • Contact person;
  • Contact phone number;
  • Delivery access requirements; and
  • Any site-specific delivery instructions.

Change of Delivery Address

If a customer requests a change of delivery address after an order has been processed, booked, dispatched, or is in transit, any additional freight, storage, redirection, handling, or administration costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Additional charges must be paid before the order is redirected or released for delivery.

Failed Deliveries

Where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, unavailable recipients, restricted site access, or refusal to accept delivery, any additional freight, storage, redelivery, or handling charges will be payable by the customer.

Inspection on Delivery

Customers should inspect all machinery, equipment, and accessories upon delivery.

Any freight damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographs where applicable.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Ownership of the goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

Delivery of Machinery

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable unloading equipment, site access, and safe delivery conditions where required.

Any additional costs arising from inadequate access, unloading difficulties, waiting time, or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
