At Robot Slashing, we specialise in heavy-duty, remote control mowing machinery. Because our equipment is built to order, our delivery timelines include both a manufacturing (handling) phase and a transit phase.
Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
We offer two clear shipping options at checkout for all Australian orders:

Order Processing & Tracking
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 business days.
- Tracking: Once your machinery is custom-built and dispatched from our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Delivery Scope & Fees
- All advertised prices for standard shipping include delivery charges within mainland Australia.
- Orders are supplied on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. There are no hidden customs duties or unexpected freight charges at checkout.
- In the rare event that a delivery address is highly remote, regional, or has restricted site access requiring specialized carrier equipment, any additional freight surcharges will be presented to you for approval prior to dispatch.
