Welcome to Robot Slashing. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About Our Business

Robot Slashing supplies remote control lawn mowers, flail mulchers, rotary slashers, and related vegetation management machinery throughout Australia. We aim to provide accurate product information, reliable equipment, and customer support for residential, commercial, agricultural, and land management applications.

2. Product Information and Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, availability, and performance information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Due to product improvements, manufacturing updates, or supplier changes, specifications may vary slightly from displayed information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update product information where required.

Images may include product demonstrations, accessories, or environments intended for illustration purposes. Customers should review product specifications and contact us before purchase if they require confirmation of specific features or suitability.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and acceptance by Robot Slashing.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Order Cancellation by Robot Slashing

In certain circumstances, Robot Slashing may need to cancel an order, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Robot Slashing cancels an accepted order, the customer will receive a 100% full refund of all amounts paid within two (2) business days of the cancellation confirmation.

Robot Slashing will not cancel an order without providing a refund of all payments received.

5. Customer Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before dispatch by contacting Robot Slashing as soon as possible.

If an order has not been dispatched and cancellation is approved, a refund may be issued subject to confirmation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may be treated as a return request and handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to freight availability, customs processing, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders are generally processed within two (2) business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and freight arrangements.

Shipping is available within Australia only unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information, including address changes after dispatch, may be payable by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Robot Slashing complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These consumer guarantees apply in addition to any warranty provided by Robot Slashing.

Change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless required by Australian Consumer Law or otherwise agreed by Robot Slashing.

8. Heavy Machinery Use and Safety

Our products are heavy-duty machinery designed for vegetation management, land clearing, mowing, and slashing applications.

Customers are responsible for operating machinery safely, following supplied operating instructions, performing appropriate maintenance, and ensuring operators are suitably trained.

Robot Slashing is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by:

Incorrect operation or misuse of equipment
Failure to follow safety instructions
Modifications or unauthorised repairs
Use outside the intended purpose of the machinery
Failure to maintain the equipment properly

Operators must assess site conditions, including slopes, terrain, obstacles, and environmental hazards, before operating machinery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robot Slashing excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use, inability to use, or misuse of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product information, is owned by or licensed to Robot Slashing and may not be reproduced without written permission.
